Topic: Improve nintendo 64 fps
Me again, so i was trying to play mario kart (n64) and i experienced a very slow fps. I’m using the B+ model with the 2.3 Retropie.
I tried to overclock to the faster overclocking option (Turbo) and increase the GPU to 25.. but i experienced the same slow fps.
There are some guide/turorial about it?
Hi all.
First, i would like to say a big “THX” for this distro, really it’s very pleasant to play retrogaming on a cheap raspberry.
I bought the cheapest retropad I found to play with, found here:
http://www.aliexpress.com/snapshot/6467866067.html?orderId=65578955746003It works perfectly in snes and genesis games, after a little config in raspi-config.
But, impossible for me to find any information to use it with mupen64plus.My config: rasp B+ with fresh v2.5.0 BETA image.
When I launch maro kart by example, menu of the game is launching but I can’t do anything with my pad…
Can you help me?
thx!Hey!
I got a question for the pi2 owners on this forum.
I am considering to buy a pi2 but before i do that i want to make sure that there is a full compatibility for fifth-gen consoles. I grew up with the n64 and the playstation and i would love to play those old games again. There is not a lot of information about how well the emulation of fifth-gen consoles are compatible.
Is there anyone out there who tested this?Could any pi2 owner confirm that at least the following games are fully supported and 100% playable, Please?
Nintendo 64:
– Donkey Kong 64
– Goldeneye 007
– Mario Kart
– Mario Party [all versions]
– Super Smash bros
– Tom Clancy Rainbow Six
– Mortal Combat [all versions]Playstation:
– Dukes of Hazzard
– Grand theft auto [all version]
– The Italian Job
– James Bond 007 [all versions]
– Mega Men [all versions]
– Mortal Combat [all versions]
– Ray Man [all versions]
– Resident Evil [all versions]
– Worms [all versions]Topic: N64 contoller settings
Hi
I’m slowly getting to know Retropie and all it’s files and folders (Linux noob).
Now have a working system using an Rpi2 and ver 2.5.
SNES games playing fine with a SNES Usb controller…Anyhoo, can sombody point me in the right direction to get my controller working
with N64 games. Does N64 or even Mupen64 use Retroarch?
Got Mario cart working in Mupen64 but it defaults to keyboard control.
Would like to get my Usb controller to work insteadThanks for any pointers
Topic: v2.5 some problems
Hello,

– The xbox 360 controller work very fine, but the lights on the controller turning around
How can i fix this problems?
And my last question, how much space have your GPU Mem? I have devided in 384mb for gpu and the rest for ram.
