in reply to: Sega Master System – Phantasy Star – Music Lag #101574
I switched my emulator to the genesis plus gx emulator, and everything works fine now.
I have this same problem with ps3 controllers. Its because the controllers are totally connected by the time ES loads.
Looks like the xbox 360 driver was claiming event1 and event2 even when the controllers werent paired, I uninstalled that driver and everything is fine.
in reply to: Multiple controller support with limelight #100517Looks like the problem i was having was using 2 different controllers (PS3 and xbox 360). I started using 2 ps3 controllers, and it totally works now.
in reply to: Multiple controller support with limelight #100469Im using the experimental package thats included in retropie. when i have multiple controllers connected, no games seem to detect the second one. How would i go about using moonlight instead?
I followed these steps on retropie 3.0 beta 3. And now im getting this error: limelight java.net.connectexception: connection refused
Here’s the screenshot http://imgur.com/HM0mBSy I tried twice.
in reply to: DAY 3 Retro pie ps3 contorller install. #91012Which snes emulator are you using? Its possible you arent using libretro emulator. My guess is you have configured libretro controlls, but not the others.
Theres some bluetooth connectivity issues if you dont have the controller on at the right time.
in reply to: Is there a functional PSP emulator in RetroPi? #89934This looks great, how hard would it be to hack this into emulation station.
in reply to: Has anyone gotten Phantasy Star 1 to work? #87023So I finally got around to trying this. I drug my sms file into both game gear rom folders I have. One seemed to be osmose and one looks like it uses libretro. I renamed the files to .gg instead of .sms and they both sort of run. The libretro runs much better, but the screen is purple and cutoff.
Is there a way to fix this, or can anyone tell me how to install genesisplus-gx?
EDIT: Wording.
in reply to: Has anyone gotten Phantasy Star 1 to work? #86692Is genesisplus-gx already installed, or will i have to do something to get it installed?
