So, I updated the RetroPie-Setup Script, and did a binary based installation. Do I need to add in the n64 BIOS for these emulators? Lr-Mupen64plus works, but the other two yield core error: Invalid ROM image, and UI console error: Unable to open ROM file. Currently trying unzipping.

*Edit* I tried Unzipping the files to get a .N64 file type, rather than a .zip, and am still having the same issue

I’ve clocked the pi to the highest safe level, the mode that it is standard I believe. I’m relatively new at this, so I’m not sure on how to use the gles2n64 renderer, or how to source install lr-mupen. But updating should be relatively simple.

So what is recommended for the RPI2? I’ve read that if you overclock it, you run the risk of corrupting the SD card.

Ah. Okay, that definitely works! Just getting my ducks in a row before the Pi comes in the mail.

Hmm..odd. I know that for sega saturn formats, it should take a .ISO file. Other emulators like Yabusa will run .ISO, but I’m wondering what formats are blatantly supported or not supported.
