@hurders: ok, i really need to test out the ps1 emulator myself sometime… my advice to you for now is to basically start from 100% scratch with the retropie 2.3 image. do not touch any other emulators, add in a few ps1 games/bios and try from there.try not pasting in the config?
i’ll learn as I go too
in reply to: SNES Controller X Button Restarts Emulator #81954look at this part: input_exit_emulator_btn = “9”
that is what is likely causing it to close the emuin reply to: Xbox Controller – No Analog or Vibration? #81895ok, so you’re trying to get the analogue sticks to work with the ps1 games as well? could be the emulator itself.
in reply to: Xbox 360 Wireless Controller – Blinking Lights #81894i just setup the xboxdrv, i didn’t blacklist xpad, at least I didn’t do so explicitly on my own…
the blinking lights went away after running the ./retropie-setup.sh – did you do this too?
in reply to: Xbox 360 Wireless Controller – Blinking Lights #81676Hey bobbyt,
I’m having the same issue with a wired xbox 360 controller. I will be testing out the instructions later today or tomorrow to setup the driver for it and I will let you know the results.
I wanted to ask you if you got the controller to work in any emulators yet. I have tried it in that “port” of DOOM and dozens of different SNES games but while the Emulation Station lets me use the controller, the games themselves don’t take any input from it still.
Thanks and good luck!
