02/23/2015 at 14:26 #88739BuToNz ParticipantHi all, Getting on well with RetroPie + the Pi2. Everything seems to be running fairly well. Looking forward to the N64 emulation to be tweaked. One issue I’m having though is with Gpsp. I have got the libretro version and the controls are working correctly but the directional pad seems to be mapped to the left thumbstick on my 360 pad. This would be fine if it wasn’t incredibly sensitive – seems like there is no deadzone at all. I have tried using the F10 menu to remap but can’t map the directional pad on the 360 pad. Any advice? GBA games are pretty much unplayable with the thumbstick at the moment. Thanks! 02/23/2015 at 16:58 #88762gizmo98 ParticipantRetroPie-Setup has a gpsp-libretrocore now for rpi2.
Close EmulationStation with “F4” and type:cd RetroPie-Setup sudo git pull sudo ./retropie_setup.shSelect ‘experimental packages’ and ‘gba libretrocore gpsp’ 02/23/2015 at 18:38 #88780BuToNz ParticipantYeah I’m using that already. Still can’t map the directional keys. 02/23/2015 at 23:51 #88830maddox ParticipantI just tried to install the experimental version and it failed right away: cc1: error: /usr/local/include/arm-linux-gnueabihf: Not a directory cc1: warning: /usr/local/include: not a directory [enabled by default] Makefile:323: recipe for target 'main.o' failed make: *** [main.o] Error 102/24/2015 at 04:17 #88840three30zero ParticipantI’m having the same problem as maddox, with /usr/local/includearm-linux-gnueabihf not being a directory. I’ve ran into this problem while trying to install/compile other games (not RetroPie) as well. 02/24/2015 at 12:18 #88868gizmo98 ParticipantI cannot reproduce your error message. What is your memory split? 02/24/2015 at 13:49 #88872BuToNz ParticipantAlso worth noting my RetroArch hotkeys are not working on Gpsp either. Is something amiss? 02/24/2015 at 14:51 #88882gizmo98 ParticipantDid you copy your roms to /retropie/roms/gba-gpsp-libretro? 02/24/2015 at 17:17 #88898BuToNz Participant
Did you copy your roms to /retropie/roms/gba-gpsp-libretro?
Yeah, they are in there. 02/24/2015 at 23:52 #88973fallersaur Participant
I just tried to install the experimental version and it failed right away:
Are you using RetroPie 2.6.0? It is currently working for me. I recently built my Pi2 fresh from the 2.6.0 image. After learning about the new libretro version of gpsp I grabbed it from the experimental section, threw the bios in /home/pi/RetroPie/BIOS, and it just simply worked from there for me (Using a USB SNES controller from GTRON). The only other thing to note is that I have mine overclocked to 1000 MHz using raspi-config’s “Pi2” option. I left all of my other settings alone. 03/07/2015 at 18:22 #90513esbiete ParticipantI had the same compiling problem, please check https://www.petrockblock.com/forums/topic/setting-up-sixaxis-failure/#post-90512 in case is useful also for you.
