    hi there!

i’m building (besides my already working gaming table) a little NES Box and I was wondering if one could use any pins for a emulator reset (like pushing select and start on the NES gamepad or like the button on the smaller retropie GPIO adapter). just for your information: my powerbutton has no LED.

    greets, Phil.

again here, i will answer myself: yes, NES controllers are working – i bought a fourscore and soldered the connectors out so i could use them for connecting to the gpio ribbon cable.

unfortunately the fourscore isn’t working (i’ve got the wiring scheme from a wiki) – what a pity, that would be great because of the turbo function ;)

    greets, Phil.

    hi there!

seems like i have to answer myself, i found a solution to my problem.

if you have a rpi model 2 (the stronger one with the 40 pin gpio) you should compile snesdev from the source, then it will work.

    greets, Phil.
