Even with a Pi 2 I can’t get 99% of my N64 games to run half decently. Super Mario 64 and Mario Kart run okay but honestly not good enough to where I can fully enjoy the game. (And yes, I’ve tried everything under the different emulators and overclocked.)

Goldeneye in particular “has issues” in the compatibility list and it is currently completely unenjoyable to play in single player so I wouldn’t even want to know what it is like with four players.

On the other hand, PSX on RPi2 is a way better experience and I haven’t encountered any games I would consider unplayable.

Thanks for the response. I just ordered one of those $10 Buffalo controllers so I should be able to get a second player working.

I ran the files through clrmamepro using the PiFBA .dat file on the wiki, but they still would not boot correctly.

However, it is only certain Capcom games so I can live with not having them on there. Especially since other versions are available for MAME4ALL and other emulators. All of my Neo-Geo games (minus Metal Slug 3 for some reason) work wonderfully. I’m happy with that.

Yup. The place I downloaded it from said it was made for PiFBA, matching the correct romset version and all. Lots of others seemed to get them working there.
