    Hello everyone,

So after quite some time I’ve been working on and off with my retropie I feel like I finally have everything configured just the way I like it, the only problem is… My SD card is full!

Is there a simple way to transfer the exact same setup I have on my original SD card to a larger SD card, without having to reconfigure everything? (i.e. as pain free as possible)

    Thanks again!

Probably no since you have to write on it. The only way I know of is you must write on the card.

yes! Just use win32diskimager to read the image to a .img file and then write it to the larger sd card.

Careful using it. Read – reads the sd, Write – writes to sd. Don’t mix it up :)

as above, then I use Paragon Partition Manager (free trial but resizing still works after trial) to resize the ext4 partition.

You can just use the raspi-config to extend the filesystem to its full size.
