Hello,
I managed to install Retropie and EmulationStation thanks to the Git tuto.
So far so good. My gamepad is recongised and configured (Xbox 360 Wireless).
I have installed a few ROMs:
– MegaMan & Mario for NES
– Buggs Bunny and Tetris for GameBoy
– Sonic for Megadrive
Alas, only Bugs Bunny is launching! (which is great by the way… :p )
So my trouble with the other games:
– loaded in the games list for the relevant system
– game will load: I can see the start screen with the options to select if any
– START: when I push start button, the game is not starting. I have the black screen and then it’s coming back to the games list of the current system…
I have attached the screen shot of the console output while the game is started (EmulationStation is started from Putty on the PC – I have exactly the same issue when EmuSTation is started locally).
Any idea?
Pi is overclocked at 800 Mhz, RAM splitted to 256 (out of 512)
