First let me start off by saying I am currently in Afghanistan. If and this is a big if I had the ability to endlessly search the internet for a solution to my issue I would. That being said…………I am trying to identify how to enable cheats. I am using RetroPie 3.1 because that is the best I can do for now. I have limited connectivity, and limited bandwidth through a terrible mobile data plan which only works outside.
I have search for a solution in the little time I have available while not working, but have come up empty handed as most pages are identified as restricted or the internet is to slow to load the pages. I am using a iBUFFALO Classic USB Gamepad. I have access to a keyboard, but I do not know what I need to do in order to enable this option. If someone can assist me I would greatly appreciate it.
