    OK,

    I’ve finished my concept art:

    Concept1

    What works:

    * RetroFX starts and shows SNES Roms with cover
    * Liberto cores integrated and can be start from RetroFX (thank you retropie)

    TODO:
    * Reimplement JavaFX GUI (Concept Art)
    * Automatic scraping (covers)
    * Menu Dialog:
    – WLAN Konfiguration Dialog
    – Controller Setup Dialog
    – etc…
    * On Screen Keyboard for Menu-Entries (like WLAN, evtl. rom search)

    NEXT:
    * Reimplement JavaFX GUI (Concept Art)

    PROPOSALS:
    * What about a rom search Dialog? Platform wide?

    You guys are not excited at the moment but you will.

    I think RetroFX will be good for people who like an out of the box system. I hope the main advantages will be:

    * complete hidden raspberry stuff
    * automated configuration (screensize, controllers, wlan, etc…)
    * baked in website to configure roms
    * beautiful UI with JavaFX
    * less emulators but better integrated

    It is more fun and easier for me to write my own frontend instead of configuring ES
