ParticipantHello again,
I did it by myself. I think i made it not in the cleanest way but that seams to work with me :)
I was looking for the script that convert controller information to a key. I find this file in “/opt/retropie/supplementary/runcommand”. Open the Joy2key.py file and comment the lines from “if HEX_CHAR…” to the end. This previous condition seams to send hex character from gyro/accel, by commenting those line, the python script ignore the motion information and then problem solved !

ParticipantIf you want some help, i suggest you to give some information about your configuration (Wich Pi ? Are you using Retropie in stand alone ? Wich release ?)
Have you tried to uncomment/add the line hdmi_drive=2 in your config.txt (in /boot/)?
The line dtparam=audio=on ?highdeck
ParticipantA recent topic spoke about ASLA Sound issues (https://www.petrockblock.com/forums/topic/retropie-retrosmc-alsa-sound-issues/#post-111253).
I couldn’t turn up the sound. Every time I tried, the sounds settings always came back to 0%. This topic helped me fix the problem, hope it could help you!

ParticipantMaybe could you just bring a keyboard in order to manually move roms from your usb key to the appropriate retropie folder, i mean with the help of some command line ?
I always used internet installation to install retropie, but with the correct image and configuration of your sd card for your Pi B+, I think it could be possible to access to the terminal and copy files from your usb key at the first use. If you have the display, you might just need a keyboard.
Just a suggestion/question by the way :)
