Hi guys,
I just set up retropie, and the emulators seem to work fine. My controller is automatically detected and I can setup the buttons in the emulatorstation GUI.
However, once I start playing a game that requires me to press START I run into problems: start on the controller brings me back to emulatorstation, and no other button works as help. Pressing Y brings up a retroarch menu.
Games where I dont need to press start or select seem to be working well enough.
Do I need to manually configure the controller inputs for each emulator somehow? I originally expected setting it up in emulatorstation would automatically apply the settings for all emulators, but perhaps the control settings there only apply to the emulatorstation?
