As the title states, certain buttons will not register while I’m doing SNES emulators.
I’ve tried running the Retroarch controller setup, and it detects all the buttons on the controller. (Which is a generic USB SNES controller)
I know that they work correctly in the NeoGeo emulator (although they’re mapped incorrectly).
    I’m running Retropie V3 B2, on a Raspberry Pi 2.

    Any thoughts?

I’ve got the same issue with my RetroLink SNES controllers. The buttons work on sega and other emulators, but not SNES for some reason. I’ll hack around with it and update here if I figure anything out.

There seems to be an oddity with the generic controllers like that.

    The shotgun approach is:

USB SNES Controller – D-Pad not working in games

I’ll try and fish out the specific file I think is the issue

    This one I think

    sudo rm /opt/retropie/emulators/retroarch/configs/Retrolink_USB_SEGA_Saturn_Classic_Controller.cfg
