First time I used win32 DiskImager I didn’t have any trouble. Now whenever I try to write the image to any new/used sd card it gives me “Not enough space on disk: Size: 15751168 sectors Available 15523840 sectors Sector size: 512” Can anybody please help me???

I have not tried to write to SD with Win-based DiskImager, but just the first thing I thought of…

Is DiskImager trying to create a new partition on the card from what free space is left? Might need to specify to delete any existing partitions/data on the card first.

I finally solved it after a lot of headaches. I used a windows program called minitool partition to shrink the main partition like from 7.4 to 7.2 and then it wrote to the card. Every other answer I read said you had to do it in linux but this program does the trick.

Thanx for the response though pillbug
