    the user is SU but the password is not Raspberry

    i have always used pi as the user and raspberry as the password.

    In my case the user is “SU” , but the password not is raspberry .

    install version is V3.4

    the user is su ? you mean you created a new user called “su” or you are using the “su” comment ? you can’t su to root, as root doesn’t have a password – use sudo, or create a password for root.
