    Hi,

    I connected a SNES style usb gamepad.
    Did a standard setup.
    Controls work fine in SNES, NES, Masterstystem, Atari2600.

    But with videopac games none of the buttons and directions work.
    In the game outlaw i can go left right down, but up and shooting go together.

    Help anyone?

    edit: solved half of it, the dpad up and axis a where both -1…..strange.

    One question remains: why do some videopac work and in some games none of the controls work??

    can’t get any controls to work with this one yet, kind of the same boat as you…
    I can get each game to load and the keyboard key “!” will start a game but I cannot get my ps3 controller to do anything after that…

    Hi,

    I somehow solved this one.
    It seems in some games the controllers are switched.
    This means that your game will work with a second controller, which in fact is controller one now.

    very odd, I got a few keyboard input to work, could you post your cfg file for videopack ?

    Hi,

    Theres nothing special in the cfg.
    Just a shader to make it old school look.
    My controls are with the cfg all.
    I use 2 snes style gamepads.
    So after connecting the second controller all the games which didnt work, worked with the second controller.

    Hope you get it to work

    thats just weird, I wonder if its because I am using a PS3 controller?
    Also, during ES startup it doesn’t auto recognize my wired controller. Even with the keyboard unplugged.

    Hi Guys,

    I have the same issue. Is there any way to swich controller 1 to controller 2 in a config file or something ?
