If you dont choose a game from emulationstation. (X amount of minutes) a video will play ie: own avi file sorta like hyperspin

default video 8bit super mario mushrooms floating about. either that or it could just load pictures from a folder and fade in/out until input is detected so we could make our own “gallery/slide show”. i think it would be easier to start with displaying the pictures, then move on to video but hey what do i know.

I had a separate post to be able to display an arcade attract loop as a screensaver, ideally the video optioon would bridge this as One would just need to generate a video of an attract loop…

So video is definitely a better idea…
