So I got my usb mini cable, excited to be able to go forward with my project, and nothing happens…

Am I correct in assuming it’s just the mini to the port on the Control Block that powers everything and That I don’t use the micro connector on the main board? If so, I am missing something somewhere… my soldering looks good, I have no idea what else I would check to figure out why this thing isn’t lighting up.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks!

Yes, you only use the USB mini connector. Also, You need to attach a toggle button to the ControlBlock.

Maybe you can post one or two images with your setup here?

Ok,I wasn’t aware I needed the toggle, it seemed like it was an optional thing. I will work on that and try it out and get back to you, thanks!

Aright, I stole a jumper off an old computer and wired it to one of my arcade buttons. Still doesn’t turn on, here’s a pic, thanks.

It needs to be a stationary rocker switch, not a momentary like an arcade button.
