Noob here. I am loving my new RP and RetroPie. I thought I’d try re-installing the OS via Noobs and RetroPie via Source Installation. For some reason RetroPie was installed in the wrong directory. Can I use the mv command to put it in the correct directory? Thanks.

Yes, you can use the mv command to put the RetroPie installation wherever you want. Note, however, that there are also user specific files in the directory .emulationstation. These files were put into the home directory of the then active user. That said, you can move the RetroPie folder wherever you like as long as the location still is a subfolder of the same user.

    Hope that helps!?
