Snes controller not working in emus gamecon_gpio_rpi

Hello guys

I’ve used the gamecon_gpio_rpi on the b+ previously with no errors whatsoever.

I just got the Pi2, and already got everything back running, controllers work awesome, except in anything that uses retroarch.

I already tried configuring the controller using the included “configure controllers for retroarch” on the retropie menu, and it did registered the configuration, but it still doesn’t work inside the actual emulator.

Does anyone know where to change the cfg files so it registers it? or where did it saved the configuration?

Any help would be appreciated.
