    So I am using advancemame. I put the rom and the chd folder in the rom, but it says the the chd file could not be found.

    Use the fba-libretro to play sf3, works fine, no lagging. Download the rom that doesn’t needs the chd files. The filesize is ~62 MB. If you don’t know where download it, contact me.
