Save config from menu_toggle

Hello
I use input_menu_toggle_btn to show the config menu of retroarch
http://www.libretro.com/index.php/wiki/configuration/windows-guide/

But some option are not saved when I exit the game.
And when I ask to save the option, there are always a new file that is created into /home/pi/RetroPie/configs/all
The new file is labelled; gambatte_libretro-8.cfg

But Everytime I reload a game, the file that is loaded is retroarch.cfg
I’ve tried to load gambatte_libretro-8.cfg without sucess.
And some parameter are not included into it.

Can you help to to write those parameters in the config file to be loaded everytime ?

Defaut filter: Linear
Shadder passes: 1
Shadder #0: N/A
Shadder #0 filter: Linear
Shadder #0 Scale: 1X
Aspect ratio: Core provided
