RetroPie 2.3: Problem with Mupen64Plus and questions about MAME

Hello guys,
I’ve a problem with the emulator of Nintendo 64, Muper64Plus. When i start a game, appears on the screen the scripts in the attachments file. How to fix it?

With the MAME4ALL-Pi, how can i set the joystick? With other emulators my PS3 controller works without any configuration but with MAME it doesn’t work. With the keyboard i go to Input (general) but the controller doesn’t work.
Secondly: how can i set the aspect ratio? I want to play games in 16:9 or in the size of TV.

Good to hear you got MAME working.

To change the aspect ratio, you need to edit the retroarch.cfg file by running the command

sudo nano /opt/retropie/configs/all/retroarch.cfg
Add the following line to run games in 16:9,

video_aspect_ratio = 1.78
Save and exit. You’re good to go.

I’ve not tried the N64 emulator so I can’t help you there.
