Reicast – xbox 360 controller mapping

Wiki says to edit ‘/home/pi/.reicast/emu.cfg’

However I was expecting to have to goto ‘/opt/retropie/configs/dreamcast’ and edit ‘retroarch.cfg’ as I have done when sorting mappings out for fba. but the only file in that folder under dreamcast is ’emulators.cfg’

does retroarch.cfg only appear in that ‘configs/dreamcast’ folder after you have run the retroarch controller mapping process – particularly after installing a new emulator from the experimental list?

Or should I ignore all that and just focus on the ‘/home/pi/.reicast/emu.cfg’ like the wiki says?

Just follow the wiki. Reicast is not a libretro core so it won’t have retroarch configs.see this post also:
