Do I have to donwnload the image again or it’s possible to upgrade to 3.0 beta 2 via apt-get?
I’m using Raspberry pi 2 Model B and originally used the 2.6 image.

    thanks.

Quickest way to upgrade is go into the setup script, update the setup script, restart the setup script and do a full binary install.

Might want to make a backup first just in case. I find it easiest just to start with a fresh 3.0 image.

    See this video for help:

I’d agree, as there are so many changes from 2.6 to 3, just use the new image.

Upgrading in the future should be cleaner as the config files are a lot tidier now.

    Thanks people.

I will do a fresh image install. Since my new 64gb sdcard is arriving tomorrow I’ll use it and keep the old card as a backup.

    thanks
