    Emulating the PS2 at a playable speed would require a high end 3D graphics processor, which the Pi doesn’t have and most likely never will have in a credit card size “System on a Chip” computer platform. Everything “3D” you see on the Pi is being done by the CPU.

    Trust me, it’s not going to happen.

    cant see why no im going to compile pcsx2 and find out worth a try .

    and why not a psp emu that would be fun too.

    Technically the Rpi is capable of running ps2 and xbox games…but the Rpi is not capable of emulating them..because emulation requires far more resources and power than what is needed to actually run the game in its native console…

    2…if it was coded good..then yes…but who is going to do it for free..and also when sony is completely against it?????
