Ports keeps creating entries

Ever since the release of RC1 I have been having problems with the ports menu getting the default entries put back into the ports rom folder.

This is what it looks like after it adds the default stuff back in

Another little annoyance is I can never remove the duke3d folder without having to ssh into the raspberry pi.
