    Hello out there

I’m using Retropie since it’s early versions and it has always worked like a charm.

Im using both the RaphNet nes2usb and 4snestousb circuits. Both are recognized as a jostick with multiple axis and buttons.

    Since 2.5 / 2.6 im missing axis. When i test the devices with jstest /dev/input/jsx I’m shown 2 axis (X,Y) instead of 4 / 8.

I think this could have something to do with the generic joystickdriver but i can’t get it to work so it recognizes all the axis again.

can anyone give me a hint? :)

    Thanks very much.

    Hi,

I’ve just fixed my problems on 2.6 with raphnet’s 4nes4snes adapter.
on http://www.petrockblock.com/forums/topic/autofire-on-the-axis/ is a custom kernel posted that you should install. If you follow “feederchain’s” post you should be able to solve you’re problem.
My retropie jstest finds 8 axis again.

    Goodluck
