I know nothing about Kodi, but the times I’ve had no HDMI sound is when the HDMI signal is in DMT mode. This usually happens when connected to a monitor via DVI, but some HDTVs will work in DMT mode as well as CEA. I fixed this by uncommenting the line

I read in some posts, that some users just got problem with the preinstalled emulators. They installed otherones and it works…someone else choose a drive in the retroarch setup and i works, but in my case nothing helps. How can I install an emulator on my own and where to finde it?!?
Thanks a lotkarimiParticipant03/23/2016 at 09:29Post count: 17
Sorry but I can’t follow your tips, cause when I start to adapt my conif.txt via windows it is the same. The stuff is already uncommented, cause I already did in the console?!? So ones again I don’t need a explanation on how to do this, I want to know where there is the difference, since I uncommented and added eeverything, but nothing helps.
ThankskarimiParticipant03/23/2016 at 22:52Post count: 17
hey guys I tried something. so before the game starts at the SNES I go into the menu by pushing a button. There I can change my emulator for snes. Default it is the lr-sne9x-next when I change that to snes9x soudn works…but all the buttons are not matched anymore. THis is also for everyother emulator. so the default emulators doesn’t have sound there is a bug in the retropie 3.6
