    I’m trying to get Elite to be playable on the NES emulator under RetroPie on my RPi2. It loads fine, and plays ok, but is a bit laggy.

    Any tips to push the performance?

    IIRC Elite was only released in Europe, so may need to force a 50Hz TV Mode.

    Running a 50Hz game on a 60Hz TV Mode would cause jumpyness.
