Hello guys,
I recently installed the new Beta 3 of retropie and to my surprise you guys have a port of kodi which is awesome. No more swapping micro sd cards :-).
However, when I went to install the kodi mythtv pvr addon, I noticed that it was not listed. I quick apt-cache search turned out, the package is there and functional. The issue is that this addon is an older version and does not have security pin as required by mythtv. It is a requirement and it will not work without setting a security pin.
Is there a way to get a newer version of this plugin? AM I missing something? I went as far downloading the zip file for pi2 from author but it is not working, I do get the security pin but when I try to enable live TV is said dll missing which is weird because I am not on windows.
