Joystick detected as mouse

so i have always the message couldn’t open joystick 0

I try with number 1,2 ,etc same result

so when I make this : cat /proc/bus/input/devices

I have this result :

I think retropie deteck my joystick as a mouse , could you help me pls

Can you confirm the Pi isnt running EmulationStation at the time? Just wondering if something has the device open.

Émulationstation is running and it’s write “no gamepad detected ” on my Tv

did you know how configure directy the conf file for the game controller ?

Quit EmulationStation (or change the boot sequence to not run it) then try to configure your controller.

How I can convert this usb controller to an joystick and Not a mouse ?

or how make a config file for use the mouse event?

The joystick should be detected in a PC. Plug it in and see.
