Is this controller setup possible?

Hello,

My Pi2 is part of a 2 player bartop using 2 USB controllers which I nearly have configured nicely.

I want to at times take the Pi2 out and use on the big TV, but then use 2 xbox wireless controllers instead.

Can I have both these setups or is it best to just clone my sd card onto a spare one and just swap over when required?
