sorry if it’s already documented elsewhere, but couldnt find it!
I’d like to install retropie (I’m mainly in mame emulation of neogeo’s), but the raspberry I’m using is already well configured.
Is it possible to install retropie, copy a bunch of roms, and launch it occasionally as a normal program? Or do I have to burn an image and have just retropie running and nothing else?

    thank you for your help,

    alessandro

You can install it on top of raspbian – you can install just single emulators even

    see the readme
