    Hi,
firstly thankyou so much for sharing such an awesome solution (RetroPie). Ive built my first arcade machine for my son and your software has made it so easy.

    I have one question please.
I would like to remove the ‘RetroPie’ item (when clicked it opens teh Configuration items, etc) on the main screen please (it displays between/beside the emulators)?
I’m worried users of the arcade will ‘break things’ if they can access this screen. Can anyone please let me know if this is possible and how I might hide it?

    Thanks in advance.
    Jon

By changing the name of the folder “retropiemenu” in /home/pi/RetroPie/.
Just removed the last letter, reboot ES and the RetroPie menu is gone.
I don’t know if it can cause issues though….

No problem, could be a nice option for me too…

I don’t think it will affect anything anyway, the configuration options can be accessed with sudo raspi-config and sudo ./retropie_setup.sh if required.
