How to add a 3rd party controller to use in Mupen?

Hi! I have the latest beta, emulation seems to work well, but I can’t configure my controller. i can use it in the GUI but in the game I can’t. I have searched but nothing. It seems that the 2.0 update changed all the directory locations. So I can’t edit the ini or the cfg. Any help?

I would try opening retropie setup again:

cd
cd /home/pi/RetroPie-Setup
sudo ./retropie_setup.sh

and going into the setup option, then choose register controller with retro arch. finally, enter all controls as asked and reboot. Hopefully this works for you!
