Help! Cant f4, assign controller

Hi,

2 1/2 issues:

1) I must have edited too many things .. I remember reading about controller conflicts and may have messed up one of my config files that recognizes keyboard support! I can no longer f4 to drop to prompt. How do I fix this?

2) When I assign a new controller, is there a way make it way a few seconds in between each assigned key? I’ll press a key and it’s too sensitive — it’ll hit it 5 times in a row and i’ll have to start over !!

2 1/2) When I assign a controller as player 1, any way to keep my keyboard assigned too? As player 2 or an alternate? Idk, I just want to be able to use my keyboard if my controller fails.
