File System Size Incorrect After ReFormat

I recently reformatted my SD card using diskpart (clean) within Windows and pushed the beta 3.0 image to the SD card utilizing win32diskimager. For some reason the file system size is WAY smaller than it should be (see screenshot) stating it is 2GB. This is a 32GB card. Any ideas?

I have tried pushing the 2.6 image back with the same process and get the same results.

Try:
$ sudo raspi-config

Then the first option is expand filesystem which will expand the image to fill the SD card.
