Expanding new memcard

Hi their folks ok need a little assistance

i followed

this guide to setup my retropie using a 8gb microsd card
i have since bought a 32gb sd card and have been able to clone it using win32 disk image program to the new microsd

what i am wondering is how can i expand the sdcard to fit the full size of the new card as i cant access the option to expand

anyone able to help ?
