i cant get my wireless mouse to aim so i cant play it
bluelightcrew is correct.
You need to open Duke and load a game, then bring up the console and type in_joystick (I don’t think you need the number) you should be able to then configure your joystick via the Joystick menu..
after that the info should be saved and job done :)
Bring up the console? I’m sorry but I’m not following you…there’s no options in the game called console…is there a config file called console that you’re talking about within the duke 3d folder?

Ok so I figured it out for anyone else trying to activate their controller:
1. Open a game
2. Type ~ (the key to the left of the 1) to open console
3. Type: in_joystick 1This will activate the joystick, then you can proceed to the menu to configure the button layout.
