Change Savestate/Loadstate text?

Kind of a weird question, but I’m putting together a rpi with retropie for my brother’s birthday and I’ve been changing all the themes/splashscreens etc. to fuck with him when he first loads it up…so when you hit save state or load state, the yellow text shows up at the bottom of the screen, right? Well I want to change that text to say something like “go fuck yourself” or “quit cheating, pussy”. Is that possible? I can’t find which document this text would be found in.
