hi,
before i installed retropie on my rpi i only played some good old games on my android phone. all the emulators i use have the possibility to auto save a game when i close the emulator and restart it at the saved position and fast forward (very useful with games like “mystic quest” or “final fantasy”). i couldn’t find out how to auto-save games. in retroarch.cfg i set the fast forward speed to 2.0 and there is a controler btton mapped to the fast forward function – but it doesn’t work.
maybe this depents on the core? retropie uses the pocketsnes emulator. i didn’t get out whether auto-save and fast forward work with this core.
