I have used filezilla to transfer files since I started using Retropie without any problems. But for some reason I can not remote into 3.5 with it. Has anything changed that I have overlooked as far as the process? I can still access my 3.3.1 imaged card with it without issue. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Putty still works fine. I downloaded Winscp and I can log in with that, just not filezilla.

I did what I always do. Logged in with Putty and changed the root password. Then I try to log in with Filezilla but it will not. Did the password setup change between wheezy and Jessie?

    Got it. I edited /etc/ssh/sshd_config

and changed the athentication by adding in PermitRootLogin yes and
    So now the section reads.

    # Authentication:
    LoginGraceTime 120
    #PermitRootLogin without-password
    PermitRootLogin yes
    StrictModes yes

Now I am able to log in with Filezilla.
