On July 30, 2025, the U.S. Executive Order “Suspending Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment For All Countries” came into effect. This removes the previous duty exemption for low-value packages and introduces new procedural requirements that are still being defined by U.S. Customs and the United States Postal Service. Having same issue v2.6. before I ran the “sudo ./retropie_setup.sh” the roms were working. Not sure why after running “1 Binaries-based INSTALLATION” cause this issue. These rom I had where from 1999. I tried with Mame4All Rom’s and same issue.
