On July 30, 2025, the U.S. Executive Order “Suspending Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment For All Countries” came into effect. This removes the previous duty exemption for low-value packages and introduces new procedural requirements that are still being defined by U.S. Customs and the United States Postal Service. I have mine set up with an Ipac2 as well and am not having any sensitivity issues. I just need to get the Player 2 side set up, at the moment. I’m currently using HAPP arcade controls (not sure what you are utilizing).
