My Pi 2 comes tomorrow so I will play with that for a while with my old 19inch monitor, IT is my job, building arcades isn’t :)
Sorry for the dumb question, but what do you mean by trim the barbs off and inch?
Got any screenshots on how the led strip is wired into a PSU? I guess I will have an extension lead in the back with the monitor and pi 2 attached.
Where does the joystick and illuminated buttons get their power from?
