PS3 Dual Shock 3 controller + Sitecom Bluetooth adapter (Genuine CSR chipset), patched sixad (). Best performance and functionality so far – works fine two rooms away in the living room and using a HDMI over CAT5E to get to the TV.

Might entertain a MasterSystem + SEGA USB adapter at some point.

Was using the Xbox 360 Wireless pad + adapter + xboxdrv but I found it causes performance to suffer in RetroArch.
