On July 30, 2025, the U.S. Executive Order “Suspending Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment For All Countries” came into effect. This removes the previous duty exemption for low-value packages and introduces new procedural requirements that are still being defined by U.S. Customs and the United States Postal Service. Tried to install from source last night. Finished, but said mupen64plus could not install, see debug.log. I don’t know where to find debug.log, so I don’t know why it failed. Any suggestions?
