On July 30, 2025, the U.S. Executive Order “Suspending Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment For All Countries” came into effect. This removes the previous duty exemption for low-value packages and introduces new procedural requirements that are still being defined by U.S. Customs and the United States Postal Service. Not sure what you mean by the first question trimmtrabb. I am trying to load 2 joysticks in the rc.local file, but only the real xbox360 controller stops blinking. I did configure both joysticks in emulationstation too.
